Tree Logic offers Infor’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Infor10 (SXe.Enterprise) software. We also offer program modification’s installation, training, and support.

Modifications

Tree Logic customizes your software to meet your specific company needs. While software packages historically only fulfill 75 - 80% of your business requirements, modifications are needed to reach 100%. Our team of programmers is skilled in design, writing, testing, and even training on the modifications you need. Modifications to existing packages may be simple report changes or they may be as complex as providing entire modules that are missing. But what if you can't find a software package that suits your business? Not a problem, we can develop a custom package just for you and when it comes to any custom work you have done, a key advantage we bring is that you own the code. We do not resell your modifications to your competitors. Also available are pre-written add on packages.

Tree Logic offers a modification/support package to our customers, where hours are paid for upfront rather than being billed monthly. These hours do not expire, and can be used for support or small modifications. Most of our customers take advantage of this offer. Larger modification jobs will require a quote.

Installation

Tree Logic has years of experience with software installation. We are experienced with branch roll-outs, training trainers, training end users, and all pitfalls you may face with a software installation. We've helped our customers open new branches, migrate existing branches, and migrate newly purchased branches. We can supplement your internal implementation team, or if you don't have the personnel, we can be your internal implementation team. We can partner this service with our programmers to produce modifications to ensure that all of your business requirements are met.

Training

Training instructors is different than training end users. Our instructors are skilled in both areas and know how to adjust how they train, based on the audience. We can provide you with custom training manuals, labs, tests, and we can train either on-site or remotely.

Support

Due to requests from customers, we are expanding our services to include support. We currently offer support for SX.e Enterprise and TWL (Warehouse Logistic support). This includes your day to day small questions, database support for a down system, Database dump, and performance issues and it includes all upgrades.

Tree Logic offers a support packages which are the most timely and competitively priced packages, where customers pay for support hours upfront rather than being billed each month. Tree Logic offers this, which most of our customer uses, for modifications and supports that rather than bill you each month. Larger modification jobs will require a quote. Reduced rates are available large hour package prices.

Advanced users generally call support with questions regarding why a program works the way it does, they ask how it calculates, or what an error or message means. Many of the answers you need are found in the code, and who better to get to that information than a programmer. Anytime there is a question that they cannot answer, the entire team is available with answers, samples and suggestions. The issue will be passed to the person most qualified to answer it and our promise is that you will get that answer in a timely fashion. Most issues can be answered right away or within a couple of hours. If they cannot be, then we will let you know and try to get it answered that same day. Regardless, we stay in constant communication. You won’t have to wonder what is happening with an issue. You buy your hours up front, you can use them for support or small modifications that you need. Larger modification jobs will require a quote.
For customers under the Infor’s support plan Tree logic will be the first level of support. If we are unable to resolve issues in a timely manner we will escalate to the Infor support team for resolution.
